The purpose of the University's Join Us Program is to attract and retain the talent of young recent graduates who may join the University to occupy management or leadership positions in the future. The program seeks that these people acquire a global vision of the University by rotating through the different areas of the University: Services, Faculties and Office of the Executive Council.
