Admission deadlines and tests in Tecnun
To apply for admission to bachelor's and master's degree courses, you must register on the miUNAV portal.

Early Admission:
Aimed at students with an average mark equal to or higher than 7 in the 1st year of baccalaureate.

Admission tests are administered at Tecnun to Spanish students (students who complete their baccalaureate in Spain or in another country):

The admission tests of Tecnun consist of 2 parts: physics and mathematics.

The tests are multiple-choice tests.

A short statement followed by 4 answer options.

The necessary operations are performed on a separate sheet and are not attached with the answers.

Contents of the Mathematics test
30 questions (IMPORTANT: The use of a calculator is not allowed)
EXAM LEVEL: Mathematics of 4thESO, 1st baccalaureate.
CONTENTS:

Basic operations: simplifications, basic calculation with logarithms, exponentials...etc.

Trigonometry.

Analytic geometry in the plane.

Operations with polynomials: division, decomposition...etc.
* Integrals: will not be tested either in the December or February term, but will be tested in the April term.

EXAM LEVEL: Physics 4ºESO , 1º bachillerato
CONTENTS:

Kinematics, linear and circular motion.

Dynamics: conservation of linear and circular motion.

Dynamics: conservation of mechanical energy.

Dynamics: inclined planes and pulleys.
TEST EXAMPLES

Admission is granted according to a ranking based on the average grade that is calculated taking into account 60% of the grade of 1st year of Bachillerato and 40% of the result of the admission tests*.
*In some cases, grades from the 2nd year of Bachillerato may be requested or a personal interview is conducted with the candidate.

IB (International Baccalaureate) students do not have to take the admission tests if their IB score is >34 (Physics +5 and Mathematics +5), but they will have a personal interview**.
**If they do not reach the required grades, they will take the admission tests.
The Admissions Committee is made up of the School's Deputy Director of Students and the Director of Development and is responsible for deciding on applications for admission.
The final decision on the result obtained in the test will be communicated through the MiUnav portal within the following deadlines:
- March 14
- May 17
- In June and July, on Wednesdays
