Tecnun Research Conference (SRC)
Tecnun Research Conference (SRC)
This Friday, January 16, 2026, the traditional Tecnun Research Conference (TecnunSRC 2026) will take place. workshop an excellent opportunity to learn about the research being carried out at the School from the doctoral students themselves.
The event will be held at the Euskadi Technology Park building (opposite the campus ) and will begin with a reception from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the entrance , where attendees will receive their accreditation badges. This will be followed discussion paper a discussion paper Kiko Llarenas, engineer and data journalist for the newspaper El País, entitled "How to communicate complexity."
At 10:30 a .m., doctoral students with posters will give a one-minute presentation of their research in the auditorium, and at 11:15 a.m., the poster session will begin, during which a jury will evaluate the presentations one by one.
Once finished, there will be parallel talks (Podium Sessions) in different rooms of the building, where doctoral students will have 10 minutes to present their research. This will take place between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Finally, the closing ceremony and submission will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. and will conclude with a lunch.
These are the Podium Sessions that will take place next Friday. Each one will last 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions:
