Academic Certificates

School of Engineering students (both current and former), can apply for academic certifications about their enrollment or the content of their academic record.

Content of the certificates

• certificate with grades: includes the academic results that appear in the student's transcript at degree program . It includes, if applicable, the date of completion of studies, and the date of issuance of the corresponding degree. If desired, it can include the grade average of the transcript (calculated in the manner established by R.D. 1044/2003, of August 1).
  They can only refer to subjects whose conference proceedings have been signed by the Professor and have had entrance in the Secretary's Office of the School.

• certificate with grades in English: it shows the academic results that appear in the student's transcript at degree program . The text is in language English.

• certificate of enrollment: it registers the registration of the student in a determined academic year ; it includes the issue of credits of its enrollment

• certificate Graduation date: indicates the date of completion of studies and, if applicable, the date of issuance of the corresponding degree.

• certificate official for transfer of academic transcript: the student must provide the letter of acceptance from host university.

• certificate official for transfer of academic transcript with simultaneous studies: the student must provide the letter of admission with simultaneous studies from host university.

Academic certifications are requested by the student himself/herself from portal miunav. To do so, it is not necessary to provide any documentation.

Rights

The prices, to be paid in cash, are as follows:

• certificate with qualifications: 25 euros.

• certificate with qualifications in English: 25 euros.

• certificate from enrollment: 20 euros.

• certificate end of career. 20 euros

• certificate from transfer of academic transcript 25 euros

• certificate from transfer of academic transcript with simultaneous studies 25 Euros
