The multinational corporation ABB and Tecnun, the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra in San Sebastian, have signed an institutional collaboration agreementagreement . As of today, ABB will be part of the committee advisor Business of Tecnun.  

It is worth noting that in recent years we have been developing collaborations such as student visits to its plants and incorporations for internships in the company in various areas.

Likewise, the multinational corporation ABB, specialized in electric power generation and industrial automation, collaborates in the training of engineering students at the University of Navarra with training sessions or laboratory practices in subjects of Degree such as Electrical Systems and Energy Efficiency and Industrial Electronics in the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Alfonso González Charola, director general manager of ABB Electrification in Spain, and Raúl Antón, director of the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, took part in the event at signature . With signature , a very close relationship has materialized, which has been developing for more than ten years.

Alfonso González Charola pointed out that "ABB, as a technology leader, must always be at the forefront and close to knowledge. And what better place than Tecnun to achieve this, a cradle of new engineering talent that in the future may form part of the company".

In relation to the signature of this agreement, Raúl Antón, emphasized that "it is a privilege to have the collaboration of ABB for the training of the engineers of Tecnun. The signature will enhance new avenues of collaboration and will give greater visibility to the company among our students".
