Patricia Maraña Casado made on December 10 the public defense of her doctoral dissertation, entitled "A Framework for Public Private People Partnership in the City Resilience Building Process", before the tribunal chaired by Dr. José Julio González at classroom of Degrees of the Ibaeta building in San Sebastián.

After the defense of the thesis, all the members of the tribunal congratulated Patricia Maraña Casado for the research work done. It should be noted that her thesis directors were Dr. Leire Labaka Zubieta and Dr. Jose Mari Sarriegi Dominguez, who unfortunately had passed away the day before. Despite the intense emotion of the moment, Maraña was able to overcome and defend his thesis. This brings to 639 the number of theses defended at the Campus Tecnológico de la Universidad de Navarra.
