“Economics : A Pathway to Strategic Autonomy and Industrial Competitiveness”

Dates: November 23, 24, and 26, 2026; time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The energy transition presents an opportunity for the industry to move toward more sustainable models while simultaneously strengthening its competitiveness. In a context marked by evolving markets, regulatory pressure, and the need to secure strategic raw materials and components, the circular “ Economics ” is establishing itself as a tool core topic to make better use of resources, reduce dependencies, and generate new opportunities for value. Its implementation allows for the integration of sustainability, efficiency, and
strategic autonomy, contributing to a more prepared and future-oriented energy industry.

The Chair Repsol Foundation’s Energy Transition Program at the University of Navarra is organizing this course with an executive and applied focus, aimed at professionals interested in incorporating circular Economics into business and industrial strategy. Through real-world experiences and emerging trends, the program will offer a practical vision for fostering a more competitive, resilient, and sustainable energy industry.
