Tecnun Employment Forum connects the talent of 400 engineering students and 70 companies

February is the month of employment at the School and the students, before the Forum, have different meetings with companies or training talks to successfully face the first steps of their professional experience.

70 companies attended the Employment Forum at Tecnun in search of the talent of engineering students from the University of Navarra. About 400 students from the last years of Degree and Master's courses have made a average of 8 interviews to find internships in companies or the project of the End of Degree or Master's Degree. The ISS Group, Irizar Group, Danobatgroup, Ulma and the Indaux Group sponsored the XXIX edition of this fair.

It is worth noting that last year 160 students found their end-of-degree project and 120 students got internships at the Employment Forum. "The fair is the biggest point of meeting between local, national and international companies and the students of Tecnun. Every year from this first contact great career opportunities arise for our students and graduates," said director of Careers Office of Tecnun, Javier Ganuza . And he added that "the Forum is the finishing touch to a month dedicated to employment, since throughout February students have meetings with companies and receive practical training to successfully face their first steps in their professional experience.

Over the course of two days, the technological campus of the University of Navarra hosted 70 companies from various sectors such as industrial, biomedical, automotive, machine tool, research, consultancy service and banking or engineering. Among them were CAF, BBVA, Huawei, GKN, Aernnova Engineering, Etxetar, Ibarmia, ABC Compressors, Gureak, Biele Group, Salto System, Orona, Cic Nanogune, Ideko, EY, IBM, Idom, Siemens Healthineers or Deneb Medical.
