On May 31, Maitane Gabilondo Nieto made the public defense of her doctoral dissertation, entitled "development of functional coatings with nanoparticles for printed electronics", before a panel chaired by Dr. José Manuel Sánchez Moreno.

After the defense of the thesis, all the members of the tribunal congratulated Maitane Gabilondo Nieto and her thesis directors, Dr. Francisco Castro Fernández and Dr. Nerea Burgos García for the research work carried out. With this thesis, 648 theses have now been defended at the Campus Tecnológico de la Universidad de Navarra.
