Twelve Degrees of the University of Navarra are among the best in Spain, according to the ranking published by the newspaper El Mundo. The study, which analyzes the faculties and schools of Spain in the 50 most demanded careers, places the academic center of Navarra as one of the five best to study degrees from the faculties of Communication, Pharmacy and Nutrition, Nursing, Medicine, Economics, Law, the School of Architecture and the School of Tecnun.
Specifically, the Degrees of Journalism, Audiovisual Communication and Nutrition and Dietetics are in first place; in second place is the Degree of Nursing; the Degrees of Business Administration and Management, Law and Pharmacy occupy third place; in fourth place are the Degrees of Medicine and Architecture and, in fifth place, the ranking places the Degrees of International Office, Economics and Electrical Engineering.
To prepare this report, the newspaper examines different indicators for each of the 50 Degrees highlighted and identifies the five best faculties or schools for each one. The study is based on data provided by the universities themselves; questionnaires completed by teachers, reputation and internationalization data provided by the QS ranking (reputation of graduates in the international business world and reputation of students from Spanish centers among the global academic community) and other external studies such as results in international rankings or reports from the National Agency for Assessment of Quality and Accreditation.
Transformative teaching, research and international outreach
In the overall ranking, the University of Navarra occupies one of the best positions in Spain, along with large public universities in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, and ranks as the best private university.
The ranking highlights that the Navarra campus offers a total of 50 degrees. It has 16 faculties and schools, IESE and the Clinic, eight research centers, two museums and two institutes. The ranking alludes to the three pillars on which the University's Strategy 2025 is based: providing transformative teaching, carrying out impactful research and promoting multidisciplinarity. multidisciplinarity between different fields.
