ISS Group has been the sponsor gold of the twenty-ninth edition of the Employment Forum of Tecnun. The multinational company has attended the fair for the fifth consecutive year in search of the talent of the School's engineering students.

Javier Urbiola, CEO of ISS Spain, explains that they choose the University of Navarra because they share "the same values and their desire to learn". "My main mission statement is to get good clients and choose great talent. That's why we go to places where we can ensure what we are looking for, both on the technical side and, above all, on the human side," Urbiola said. "What you are is not developed with courses and Tecnun assures us a way of being that we like."

Among its offerings is the "ISS Global Management Trainee Programme", a springboard for people with management potential to become leaders of the future in an international company with more than 500,000 employees and services in more than 50 countries. The 18-month programme will start in September.

Four alumni have started their professional careers at ISS based in Madrid and Barcelona: Luis Alarcón, Lucia Hernández, Pablo Lloves and Andrés Ibáñez .

"We work with continuous innovation and offer very fast management positions. Besides, working in a multinational is always a plus", said Urbiola, acknowledging that "at the beginning, ISS did not attract so many engineers, but the collaboration and interest between the two institutions is growing, among other things, because word of mouth is very important".

"To the students at Tecnun I would say that if they want to compete and work 12 hours a day, this is not the place for them. Nor is it for those who are attracted to industry or the screw. If you are honest, like to work in a team, manage people and are willing to learn, apply to ISS".

The CEO of the multinational insists that the humanattention is one of the pillars of the company. "We put people at the center and develop initiatives that make customers and shareholders happy. We are not only looking for the benefit of the shareholder, but we are very focused on the customer and the planet, but above all on employee. We have a holistic approach to society".
