The Sustainability Club of the University and Campus Home promote a week focused on sustainability and entrepreneurship.

It will take place between 21 and 26 March, in a hybrid format, in person and online.

The Sustainability Club of the University of Navarra and Campus Home, a company dedicated to university accommodation , promote the second edition of the week of sustainability, the Green Week, which will take place between March 21 and 26, with activities that will take place in person and online. With the slogan, "Change the world in a sustainable way", Green Week aims to be a point of meeting of projects and companies related to sustainability as well as training and entrepreneurship activities aimed at students.

The Sustainability Club of the University of Navarra, formed by more than 130 students, leads this initiative and promotes the collaboration between the different university clubs of different faculties such as Law, Economics, School of Engineering, School of Engineering, and Communication, School of ArchitectureSchool of Engineering-Tecnun and Communication. "We students organized this activity for the university community to learn more about sustainability, a cross-cutting discipline in which we can all participate. We encourage everyone at campus to join this initiative, it's time to create alliances to generate a change!" said Gabriela Pajuelo, student of International Office and in charge of the club. 

Daniel Herrera, head of development of the Campus Home ecosystem, summarizes the objectives of these conference: "Green Week is another step in the commitment of Campus Home not only to be a great place to live, but also to be a complement to development staff of the students of the University of Navarra. With this event we seek to educate students in the values of sustainability and entrepreneurship by the hand of businessmen and entrepreneurs, as well as to encourage learning through activities that go a step beyond what they learn in the classroom". 

Green Week is supported by Career Services, the University's Careers Office , and the Bioma Center.   

Confirmed speakers include Jerusalem Hernández, partner at KPMG Sustainability and Good Governance; Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros, CEO of Auara; and Josu Jon Imaz, CEO of Repsol. Also participating will be the companies Velca, Pandago.eco, Blablacar and Wallbox, related to sustainable mobility; Nike, Humpier and Hemper, fashion and sustainable accessories, Orpheus, specializing in energy efficiency for businesses and buildings; Gravity Wave, a company focused on cleaning the Mediterranean Sea of plastics; Ekomodo, stationery and articles of design and ecological gift; Fundeen, dedicated to the management of investments in renewable energy; Hobeen, the first energy efficiency app; and Too Good to Go, an app that seeks to avoid food waste. 

In addition to the meetings with the different companies, attendees will be able to participate in practical workshops on recycling clothes or sustainable cooking and activities of volunteer activities, such as the cleaning of the Sadar River, which will take place on Saturday, March 26.
