Garikoitz Artola Beobide made last December 13 the public defense of his doctoral dissertation, entitled "Hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steels: behavior in marine environments and modeling of cracking patterns" before the tribunal chaired by Dr. José Manuel Martínez-Esnaola, at the classroom of Degrees of the Ibaeta building in San Sebastian.

After the defense of the thesis, all the members of the tribunal congratulated Garikoitz Artola Beobide and his thesis directors, Dr. Javier Aldazabal Mensa and Dr. Ana Isabel Fernández Calvo, for the research work carried out. With this thesis, 638 theses have now been defended at the Campus Tecnológico de la Universidad de Navarra.
