Laura Zuazola studied the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Tecnun because she had done the Degree at the School of Engineers and she felt that the postgraduate course brought her even closer to the industrial companies in the area "through the visits and collaborative University-Companyprojects". Another of the factors that Laura highlights about Tecnun is the close relationship between attention and academic staff, "their kindness, training, availability and their way of teaching classes, were factors core topic when I decided to do the master's degree here".

In addition, the postgraduate course at Tecnun helped her to find a job. Laura has been with Biele Group for 5 months. "It was precisely from one of the visits of the master's degree that I met, and they met me, in the company where I am currently meeting".

Laura works at department in Biele Group's Mechanical Technical Office. "In this company they trust a lot in young people and invest a lot in the training of those of us who join, and that is why when I joined, I started as an assembler in the workshop. After two months, I started working in the Mechanical Technical Office, also with its respective training plan, which is what I most valued in Biele's offer", explains Zuazola, whose current job is to carry out the mechanical design of the machines made in Biele.

"I think the master's degree gave me several things," says this engineer from Zarautz. "On the one hand, it gave me a vision closer to the industry, because my degree was quite theoretical, and the master's degree, however, has brought me closer to the day-to-day work of the companies".

"On the other hand, in the master's program, all subjects were worked on in teams. In each term we had a team with which we would have to do all the work for each of the subjects. This taught us to work throughout the day with people we might not have known before. Although I must admit that a course offered by the master's program on teamworkhelped us a lot," recalls Zuazola.

"In the end, the whole class was a great team that helped each other, and that is a value that we have been learning throughout the career and the master's degree: the ability to share and delegate," says Laura.

Perhaps for this reason, Laura Zuazola is clear about the differentiating factor she would highlight at the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra: the people. And, on the other hand, "I would also highlight the ability to face problems and solve them. In other words, we have learned to manage the workload, prioritize tasks and manage time," he concludes.
