One hundred national and international companies from various sectors are participating today and tomorrow in the Employment Forum of Tecnun -University of Navarra, which is being held at the Ibaeta technology center in San Sebastian, campus . Around 500 students are looking for internship opportunities, final projects and first jobs. 

Last year more than 200 students found jobs or obtained internships at Career Fair and 485 job offers were managed through job listings, as pointed out by director of the External Relations Service of Tecnun, Javier Ganuza.

It is worth mentioning the participation of other companies such as ISS Group, Ulma, Orona, Okin, Irizar, DANOBATGROUP, Etxe-Tar, as well as the twenty start-ups that have participated in coordination with Bic Gipuzkoa and the Entrepreneurship Unit of the University of Navarra, Innovation Factory.

New programme in Artificial Intelligence

The forum served as framework to present to companies and students the new program in Artificial Intelligence. new program in Artificial Intelligence that the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra will start teaching this summer and which is aimed at engineering graduates of any discipline. 

This specialist program will count with the collaboration of the recently created Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Institute of the University of Navarre of the University of Navarra, as well as several of the companies participating in the forum, including Gestamp, IBM, CAF and Ceit.
